Varisty Continues to Win
The Lady Eagles beat the Wildcats 51-14 at the Waterford gym. TC was led by 3 players in double figures. Erin Santiago was the top scorer with 16 points, including a 3 pointer, while Amy Wright scored 11 points and Kaisa Spycher had 10 points with a 5 for 10 shooting night. The team as a whole struggled from the floor only shooting 27% for the night. TC continued to play aggressive man-to-man defense which resulted in 15 steals, 5 for Erin and 2 for Candice, 14 blocked shots, Kaisa with 6, and 30 defensive rebounds with Kaisa having 6 and Emily Bruess with 5. Way to go Eagles:-)
JV Stays Strong
The JV Eaglets continued to dominate the Southern League. With a record of 10 wins and 0 losses the Baby Birds are only 3 wins away from their second straight league championship.
