TC Scores Victory at Delhi

The Eagles Fly by the Hawks 38-11

The Lady Eagles faced off with the Lady Hawks and soared to victory. The game was dominated by the TC defence, limiting Delhi to just 4 points in the first half. The Hawks could not do much against the variety of defenses thrown at them. The Eagles used man-to-man and a variety of zone defenses to totally frustration the Hawks. Delhi leading scorer only made 3 points. The game was never in doubt as TC pulled out to a 26 - 4 halftime led.

Outstanding Performances Included:

Steals: Erin Santiago (3), Amy Wright and Kaisa Spycher (2 each).
Assists: Candice Balswick, Molly Farrar, and Amy (2 each).
Blocks: Molly Zuhlke (4), Emily Breuss and Marly Burton (2 each).
Rebounds: Kaisa (8).
Points: Erin (10), Candice (9), and Amy (8).

Baby Birds Fly High in Victory

The Eaglets continued to roll through the Southern League schedule with a victory over the Delhi Hawks. The victory gave the JVers 12 wins and no losses in league and one more victory will guarantee 1st place for TC and Coach Wright. Great job:-)

MUST SEE GAMES VS. MARIPOSA

Mariposa and Turlock Christian varsity teams are tied for 2nd place in the Southern League. The winner should end league play in sole possession of 2nd place.

The JV Eaglets are playing the only team in the Southern League that has a chance of beating them. If the "Baby Birds" win they will more than likely beat the school JV record of 14 wins and 1 loss by last year's JV team. As a parent of one of that's teams members this is hard to say, but keep on winning Eaglets:-)
