Eagles Dominate Panthers

TC vs Lutheran Marly B 002
Marly Rules the Key

The seeding held true for the Lady Eagles as they crushed the out matched and out played Lutheran High Panthers. The outcome of the game was decided early as the Eagles soared to a 25-7 1st quarter lead and continued to outscore Lutheran every quarter of the game. The girls came out playing like a champion as they ran right past their dumbfounded opponents. As nine TC players made the scoring column only one of the Panthers was able to score consistently. Natalie Snyder and Molly Zuhlke teamed up for a couple of exciting baskets as Natalie's laser-like passes resulted in all four points for the "Z". The Eagles continue to dominate opponents on the boards with the team grabbing 51 rebounds, which was actually below their Sac-Joaquin Section leading 54.5 rbpg. Balanced scoring, aggressive play, and only 14 turn-overs, almost 5 below the team average, resulted in a easy 72-30 win.
