Sometime after the Gustine blog the "Zulkster Sports Center" was viewed for the 5000th time. Thanks for supporting the teams:-)
The Lady Eagles showed up to play at the homecoming on Friday night. Kaisa Spycher lead the team with a great shooting night (9 for 11) scoring 18 points and Molly Zuhlke had a career best 16 rebounds. Others contributing to the win included 12 points and 4 steals by Molly Farrar, 8 points by Marly Burton, and 6 steals and 2 assists by Kara Gabrielson. The team looks to be fine tuning the basketball machine showing the huge homecoming crowd what an outstanding team they are.
The JV lost in the final minutes to the Coyotes and fell to 8 wins and 2 losses in Southern League play.
The teams travel to LeGrand on Monday night. Car pool with someone and come support the teams. JV @ 6 and the varsity @ 7:30.
